Description
The Arrow of Romance can be used on friendly or hostile targets alike. If used on an Ally, it will increase their regeneration temporarily. If used on a Foe, it will cause them to be Placated.
How to Get
5 arrows (either of Romance or Jealousy) are randomly awarded for each completed Valentine Tip delivery with a maximum of 99 uses per character.
