You and Hard Luck recovered a mystical amulet designed to jinx everyone around the wearer.
How to Get
To earn the Bad Luck Badge, you must complete The Unlucky Artifacts mission from Hard Luck.
As a Flashback mission, you must complete "The Unlucky Artifact" in the Wiseguy (Level 30-34) section.
