Description
The Rikti are like vermin. Good thing you were around to clean 'em out.
How to Get
To obtain the Exterminator Badge, villains must complete the Eliminate Kit'Vul mission from Timothy Raymond. (Levels 30-34). This mission is under "Lost and Found" in the Ouroboros flashback system; it's the first mission of the story arc.
