Description
The Rikti are like vermin. Good thing you were around to clean 'em out.
How to Get
To earn the Exterminator Badge, villains must complete the Eliminate Kit'Vul mission from Timothy Raymond.
As a Flashback arc, you must complete the first mission of "Lost and Found" in the Wiseguy (Level 30-34) section.
