Jake Emmet is an NPC found during one of the Rogue Isles Protector's missions: Freedom Phalanx goes gold!. He's a kidnapping victim like any other, but this character is an obvious reference to Jack "Statesman" Emmert, who used to be the Lead Programmer and Creative Director, before leaving with Cryptic Studios.
