Overview
New Villain zone added on Test server. A copy of the Northern reaches of the hero's Peregrine Island zone, reached via a submarine in Grandville. Allows villains to farm Essence of the Earth inspirations for Hamidon Raids, and to defeat Rikti Monkeys for the Zookeeper Badge.

Mobs in this zone seem to drop only the following items:
