Beast Mastery is Live!

Beast Mastery, the much anticipated new primary power set for Masterminds, is now available at the Paragon Market. "Command wild animals to aid you in battle. These beastly allies lack ranged attacks, but make up for it with a specialized focus in melee combat. Call forth wolves, lions, dire wolves, hawks and insects to battle your foes." Please note Premium Players may need to unlock the Mastermind Archetype, which is on sale this week. 800 Paragon Points (pp).

Super Packs now a Paragon Reward

Super Pack: Heroes and Villains has been added as a Tier 9 Paragon Reward, making a total of six repeatable rewards available at this tier. Five certificates are provided each time the Super Pack reward is claimed.

Double XP Weekend: March 16-18

Next weekend, players will double their experience points, inf, and prestige for defeating enemies, completing missions, and collecting badges that give XP. The Double XP Weekend commences 7AM PST March 16 and ends 7AM PST March 19.

Issue 22 Live

Last Tuesday saw the launch of Issue 22, the aptly named Death Incarnate. Experience the all new Dark Astoria, the Dilemma Diabolique Incarnate trial, the Darkness Control power set (free for VIP players), an all new mid-level trial Drowning in Blood, new low level missions, more new power sets, a new costume set, and the release of the solo Incarnate path. All this and a whole lot more!

Beast Mastery in Detail

Developer Phil "Synapse" Zeleski, takes players through the soon-to-be-released Beast Mastery summoning power set for masterminds. Players will be able to call forth Wolves, Lions, Ravens, Hawks and even swarms of stinging insects. Find out how the power set functions in greater detail, learn tips and tricks, and explore new character themes. All this in The Intrepid Informer: Issue #19.
