The Atlas statue is arguably the most recognizable landmark in all of Paragon City. It towers over Atlas Plaza and can easily be seen in almost any corner of Atlas Park. It was built in memory of the hero Atlas.
Many heroes gather under the Atlas statue to socialize, and it is not uncommon to see many boomboxes set up and idle chit-chat conversations taking place there. This is where most supergroup recruitment takes place. Many times each day, high level characters will host costume contests here on every server.
On top of the Atlas statue globe, one can obtain the Top Dog exploration badge. The Atlas Park trainer, Ms. Liberty, can be found in front of the statue.

- In the CoH Beta, Atlas' globe was was a wire frame rather than solid.
