Hardsuit Costume
Description
It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a PPD Hardsuit at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
How to Get
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
Notes
This costume has jets visible while flying. (CAUTION: Costume does not allow wearer to fly.)
