OtherPlayer shouts in broadcast: Forming Posi TF, pst if interested.
Those interested in joining and participating in the Positron TF in Steel Canyon should send /tell to OtherPlayer, as OtherPlayer is likely to be in another zone broadcasting the same message and will not see/hear your response.
