Description
You foiled a plot to undermine the War Walls that protect Paragon City.
How to Get
Earn War Wall Defender accomplishment badge by completing the Rescue the engineers and prevent the Rikti from bringing down the force fields mission from Phillipa Meraux.
In Ouroboros, as a Flashback mission, you must complete "Defend The War Walls" which gives the mission "Stop Kenslet & Protect the machines!" in the Defender of the Truth (Level 30-34) section.
