Overview
Who Will Die is the first Signature Story Arc released in game. It is a seven part series, the first of which was released on Sept. 20, 2011.
Description
In this first signature story arc, "Who Will Die?," a grave threat faces Paragon City™ and the Rogue Isles™. This seven-part story, spanning all level ranges, will take the you through an epic journey with a shocking conclusion.
Level Range
10-20 The official description mentions "all level ranges"; if this is truly the case, I would suggest putting level ranges by each individual contact, rather than the overview.
