: Check the history. You'll see it hasn't been altered since it was first created. Tony did a lot of cut and pasting back then and a lot of articles had those tags that shouldn't have had them. Basically, any article that hasn't been changed since Dec 2005 or so should not be used as a guideline. - Check the history. You'll see it hasn't been altered since it was first created. Tony did a lot of cut and pasting back then and a lot of articles had those tags that shouldn't have had them. Basically, any article that hasn't been changed since Dec 2005 or so should not be used as a guideline. Formatting didn't really start to fall together until about Feb. 2006.
