Differences Compared to Other Userbox Templates

I noticed while looking at Nitro's user page today that about half of his Userboxes don't show up when I'm looking at the page. Might be an IE thing here at work. Will have to check that part when I get home and can look at it in FireFox (they ran a system-wide removal of FireFox about a month ago at work for "security" reasons.)

Nitro's userboxes are laid out like this at present:

Userboxtop

24

This user is European and plays on Union.
This user's favorite enemy group is Crey.
GMT

This user really wants Villain epics.
This user has too many userboxes.
Userboxbottom

When I view the page, I don't see the Veteran, Mastermind, Crey, or "too many" boxes. There's almost a consistent pattern there of every other box not showing, but it's interrupted by the ElusiveIcon box.

Any idea what the key difference(s) in the ElusiveIcon template is that makes it show up when the other boxes don't? I think some of the Userbox templates might need a small tweak.
