Gate Crasher
Mission Briefing
Did I ever tell you what a Fracture is? It exists outside the normal life cycle of an Animus, and only the most powerful of spells can attain it. Destroying a Fracture is one of the more difficult things you can do, because Fractures don't come back as Zygotes, they are just... gone. Whispers have it that their magical energy is absorbed by nearby spells not reborn as Zygotes. That makes sense, I guess. Anyway, there is a Fracture calling himself Maw that is going around acting like he's all that and a bag of chips. He's getting a few Intelligent spells to back him up as well, hoping that they too can become Fractures and be all-powerful. We need you to go in and take Maw out for good. Fractures are dangerous and too many of them can cause a magical imbalance that the Animus can't recover from.
- Destroy Maw
Great to hear it. Maw is attracting more Animus to his cause every day, so the sooner you deal with him the better.
Unnecessary Solicitation
Still need Maw dealt with. What are you standing here for?
Mission Objective(s)
Seems that Maw has used stolen Carnival of Light wards in protecting his lair.
- Take out Maw
- Defeat Maw
Maw has been destroyed. Animus in Night Ward have become ever so slightly more powerful as a result.

Notes
- The Animus Arcana boss' name can vary. Possible names include Maw and Estuary.
Debriefing
I felt it when you destroyed Maw. We all did, although with the amount of Animus here in Night Ward meant that our increase in power was barely even perceptible, but in the end, we know you got him.
