This information contains features from the Issue 24 beta that have been released on Homecoming.
Overpowering Presence is an Attuned Enhancement set from Super Packs and Reward Merit Vendors. It can only be slotted by Corruptors, and the Corruptor must be level 10 or higher.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Scourging Blast: Accuracy/Damage
, - Scourging Blast: Damage/Recharge ,
- Scourging Blast: Accuracy/Damage/Recharge ,
- Scourging Blast: Damage/Endurance/Recharge ,
- Scourging Blast: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance/Recharge , and
- Scourging Blast: Recharge/Chance for Minor PBAoE +End
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements increases maximum Endurance by 1.8%.
- Three enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 6.25%.
- Four enhancements improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 11%.
- Five enhancements increases Recovery by 3%.
- Six enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 3.75%.
- Six enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 1.875%.
