Overview
The features discussed here may be implemented in future issues and are subject to change before release.
Hard Mode is a difficulty mode added in Issue 27, Page 3 which aims to challenge players with Incarnate powers and Invention Origin Enhancement Sets, and make Support and Control powers more valuable. In addition to locking the Notoriety of Hard Mode missions to 8 players regardless of the actual team size, Hard Mode also increases enemy statistics and grants them additional powers.

Hard Mode was first revealed by Cobalt Arachne on the Homecoming forums on September 30, 2021 as a work-in-progress feature in the Issue 27, Page 3 closed beta.[1].
