Slash Command

/chan_motd channel_name message

Set the channel's Message Of The Day, which is sent to everyone that joins or logs into the channel

Note: To specifically state which channel to set the MOTD in, use /chan_motd "channel" message, where the "channel" is the channel name, while the message is whatever the MOTD is. The reason why the quotation marks exist is due to channel names with one or more spaces.
