How to Get
Complete the The Protest Event in Nova Praetoria.
Bug! Use of pets and henchmen actively penalizes players during The Protest Event. Pets and henchmen do not count as participation in the event, and even if you are engaged during the event by using your personal attacks while your pets and/or henchmen are out, it seems that your pets and henchmen are counted as other players. Therefore, Mastermind players and others with pets do not get reward options for the Protester badge, reward merit, nor the Molotov Cocktail temporary power.
Make sure that your pets and henchmen are put away before starting this event to receive full credit.
