The Perfect Hacker is an events badge for a team that completes the Hacker's objectives in the "Casino Heist" part of the Summer Blockbuster trial.

You performed the role of the Hacker in the Summer Blockbuster 'Casino Heist' perfectly.
How to Get
During the two phases, just click the three computer terminals. You may either avoid or fight the guards patrolling the room, so long as the terminals are clicked within the time limit.
A character with high defense may be able to click the terminals while under fire -- others should try to use stealth and timing.
If the Hacker succeeds in both phases, every member of the team gets this badge.
