Stop the Council from training in Boomtown (15-19)
Briefing
The Council has been running some training exercices in Boomtown. Unfortunately, their method of training seems to involve shelling city property. If Boomtown is ever to be recovered, someone's got to stop the Council from blowing bits of it up. I think that someone is you, Character.
