Description
Life at the bottom is rough, and after visiting Hobo Row in the Grandville's Gutter you can agree.
Location
The Guttersnipe Badge is located in The Gutter neighborhood of Grandville. From the ferry, walk north. When you're on the bridge (where the video screens showing clips of Recluse are), go about halfway across. The badge marker is just outside a small canvas-looking building with a low, angled roof below the left side of the bridge.
Its coordinates are (2861.5, -475, 2310).
