Overview
Hidden Base Plots are the lowest Prestige cost areas for Base construction available to players who have the City of Villains game.
There are 10 (ten) Hidden Base Plots available. Players gain the Tiny Hidden Spot for free by contacting a Super Group Registrar in either Atlas Park for heroes or Port Oakes for villains. Larger Base Plots are available for increased Prestige costs.
