Kinetic Melee is a primary powerset for Brutes, Scrappers, and Stalkers, and a secondary powerset for Tankers, that was announced as a feature for Going Rogue. Kinetic Melee powers increase your damage with each hit, as well as decreasing the damage of enemies.
The essence of the Kinetic Melee power set is the ability to take an enemy's strength and use it against him. Using fluid motions that are deceptively quick, the practitioner of this art can stand toe to toe with the strongest foes and defeat them.

In a forum post, Castle made the following cryptic remark:
- [quoted] Shouldn't Kinetic Melee have an inherent power that makes your attacks stronger the more you are hit?
- Powersets don't tend to get Inherent powers. Archetypes do.
- That said...you are on the right track, aside from that.
