Overview
Librarian Vortigur is a Captive and belongs to the Circle of Thorns.
Villains can capture him on the Capture Circle Librarian mission assigned by Scirocco.
Description
Though Librarian Vortigur's powers are limited, his knowledge of magic and history are great. However, his tastes for earthly pleasures could get him into trouble.
