How to Get
The Market Teleport may be purchases at the market (Black Market or Wentworth's.) It is listed under the "Fixed Price" heading for 10,000 inf.

The power has one use. Use of the power can be interrupted and it has a recharge time of 30 minutes. Casting time is similar to the Base Transporter Veteran Rewards power. Once cast, Market Teleport will allow heroes to teleport to Wentworth's in Atlas Park, Steel Canyon, or Talos Island and will allow villains to teleport to the Black Market in Mercy Island, Cap au Diable, or St. Martial.
