Description
You have "acquired" a black market transport beacon. It will allow you instant transport to the local black market outlet from any location. Note that this ability may only be used once every 30 minutes. You may only own one Black Market Transporter at a time.
How to Get
The Black Market Transporter may be purchased by villains at the Black Market. It is listed under the "Fixed Price" heading for 10,000 inf.
