Description vs. Information

Her Primal Earth and Praetorian descriptions match. The information is repeated on the page, what's the best option here? One of them should go? Taosin 13:06, 13 September 2010 (UTC)

Good question. My initial reaction is to say that I think it would be a good idea to handle the information the same way it was handled for Anti-Matter and Mother Mayhem, placing contact description and Primal Earth description in the same section. That being said, in Anti-Matter's article, the information was consolidated under "Description" while in Mother Mayhem's article it was placed under "Information". I think I like it better under the Information heading, but it might be best to bring this up on the forums to get a better feel for the overall group consensus. --Eabrace Healthbar notify phone.png 14:42, 13 September 2010 (UTC)
According to an older edit, her Primal Earth description used to be different. There is no edit comment, so it is unknown if that information is from the redone Hero arcs (which means the old description should go into an Historical heading) or if it is from the Praetorian version (which means it is in the wrong place). ~ User:Aggelakis/Sig1 17:39, 13 September 2010 (UTC)

Male & Female Specific Text

What the correct way to display NPC text that varies based on the gender of the Character? I just added two places where Bobcat's flavor text varies, but in a rather ad hoc way; there's probably a standard but I don't know it. Any ideas? --Buxley 06:52, 24 May 2011 (UTC)

{{GenderDialogue}} shows gender-specific text within a larger block of text that's exactly the same.
{{GenderDialogue|female=female text|male=male text}}
Otherwise, utilize expandable {{hidden}} blocks (with specific background colors for the header) if it's large blocks of text that are mostly different.
{{hidden|Female Dialogue Tree|bg1=#FFCCCC|
dialogue here}}
{{hidden|Male Dialogue Tree|bg1=#CCFFFF|
dialogue here}}
Dean MacArthur is a great example. ~ User:Aggelakis/Sig1 17:18, 24 May 2011 (UTC)
