I think it might be on the live server, but I haven't tested. I thought it was part of today's update Bort13 21:42, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
- According to the patch notes for today's update, the Merit Reward adjustments are indeed live. --Eabrace 22:43, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
