Man this guy is hard to get, by the time you level up through one of the contact before him, you're too high level for him and he just gives you the next contact. Ratty 15:23, 26 November 2006 (PST)

Levels

I completed all of the listed missions at level 44, but then he told me:

"Sometimes lab work is dangerous business. Come back when you're Threat Level 45."

Not sure if he will just introduce me to a new contact or have more missions, if no one else fills it in by then, I'll be sure to update either way. - Snorii 02:01, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
