Looking for suggestions on how to note that the "Functions as a Set Bonus and is always on, even if in a toggle that is turned off." indication in the IOFlagGlobal applies only to the run speed boost and not the defense buff. Anyone have any ideas? --Eabrace 14:41, 20 June 2007 (EDT)
