Wdw load (Slash Command)

Slash Command
Loads the default windows configuration file wdw.txt onto your character. Wdw.txt is located in the game's Default Folder.
- /wdw_load takes no arguments/parameters
- When a new character is created, the game automatically loads the default wdw.txt file into the newly created character.
