The locations of all the plaques are here: https://cityofheroes.dev/badges/badge.php If someone wants to go through and validate which one is which. The location of the Brickstown plaque is SLIGHTLY off because it points to the statue, so make sure to get the correct loc in game for it, the rest should be correct.
