How to Get

To earn the Paragon of Vice Badge, you must complete the Defeat all Arachnos Personnel mission from Willy Wheeler.

To get this badge in Ouroboros, a villain can select the "There's a Sucker Born Every Minute" entry with number 6.25 in the 15-19 level range. The badge is got in the fourth mission.
