Decimation

There are six enhancements in this set:

• Decimation: Accuracy/Damage,
• Decimation: Damage/Endurance,
• Decimation: Damage/Recharge,
• Decimation: Accuracy/Endurance/Recharge,
• Decimation: Accuracy/Damage/Recharge, and
• Decimation: Chance for Buildup .

  Gives a 5% chance to have a "Build Up" power affect the caster.

  Functions as a Set Bonus and is always on, even if in a toggle that is turned off. 1

Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power.

The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of these enhancements into a single power:

• Two enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 2.75%.
• Three enhancements increases maximum health by 1.13%.
• Four enhancements increases maximum Endurance by 2.25%.
• Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 6.25%.
• Six enhancements increases Toxic and Psionic resistance by 1.58%.

Note that only one of each type of enhancement may be slotted in a power.
