Level 20-25
If you don't mind doing some work for the Family, I've got someone you should meet. His name is Lorenz Ansaldo, a troubleshooter for the Family in Sharkhead Isle. The Family supplies him with Natural and Technology Enhancements.
Lorenz is a bit of a character, but he can set you up with some good work.
Have you met Vince Dubrowski? He's working for the Cage Consortium, trying to keep their Sharkhead Isle mining operation in the black. That brings him into contact with the Scrapyarders quite a bit. His connections at Cage can get him Natural and Technology Enhancements.
When it comes to dedication, Vince takes the cake. Don't say a word against Cage Consortium where he can hear.
You ever heard of Captain Petrovich? He's an old sea captain that's been around the Rogue Isles for ages. Nobody knows how, but he's got some secret connections that get him Technology and Science Enhancements.
He's a surly sort, but a solid old fella.
Level 25-30
Operative Kirkland keeps tabs on the various factions on Sharkhead Isle, and looks for freelancers willing to do service for Arachnos. Arachnos keeps him supplied with plenty of Natural and Technology enhancements.
Operative Kirkland is an efficient and loyal member of Arachnos. Do good work for him and he can assure you patronage from the Arachnos elite down the line.
Diviner Maros is a member of the Circle of Thorns, but even the others in the Cult seem to be scared of him. Rumor is that he can see the past and the future, but no one is sure if it's true or not. What is known is that he's looking for freelancers to complete some special work for him, and that even though others in the Circle aren't happy with that, no one's made a move to stop him. Probably because they're afraid of what he knows. Maros has an endless supply of Magic and Mutant enhancements.
Maros says a lot of strange things. Don't let him get into your head.
There's a strange man by the name of Darrin Wade outside of the hospital. He claims to be an ex-member of the Midnight Squad. Now he deals in arcane lore and selling relics on the black market.
He's got a vendetta against the Midnighters, so if you're interested in going after them, he's your guy.
All I've heard about this guy is that he talks a big game. As of yet, not one has been able to determine if his bite is worse than his bark.
Information
Broker
Mickey used to be a bookkeeper for the Cage Consortium. How he got thrown out and didn't end up in Potter's Field is a subject of some debate. Most think he got caught embezzling but had enough evidence hidden around to keep him from getting whacked.
Wrong Broker
I'm afraid I don't know you. Perhaps you are looking for Kara the Scorpion.
Too Low Level
I'm afraid you're not quite ready for what I have in mind. Come back when you're Threat Level 20.
Initial Contact
Hello. I'm Mickey. I'm called the 'Filch,' but I think that's an unfair characterization. At any rate, I now have you in my files. I suggest you carry out your own business around here and I'll contact you as I hear about jobs that suit your particular abilities.
You're playing with serious business here in Sharkhead, Character, and if you want to earn my trust you'll have to work harder than you're used to. Pull five jobs, then we'll see about a heist.
Greeting
My sources are quiet for the moment. Check back later and I'll let you know if anything's happening.
Too Busy
You're not ready for me right now. When you've finished some of your own schemes I might have something for you though.
Missions
Rob Independence Port Bank
While looking for today's headlines, you see Contact has planted a secret message just for you. It says to stop by for a tip on a really big job.
Briefing
Ready to cause some mayhem in Paragon City? Go to Independence Port and hit one of the banks there. Once you hit Independence Port you'll have 15 minutes to rob the bank and escape.
"Be careful! Aurora Borealis has been seen in the area, if you bring more than a few villains with you she might take notice!"
This is a Mayhem Mission. You can earn extra time by destroying property and creating diversions away from the bank itself.
Each type of item rewards a single time bonus after you destroy a certain ammount of that item. For each person on your team, you will need to destroy more of that particular item to get the time bonus.
Three random side missions can be found on this map. Keys (found by defeating certain enemies) are needed to unlock these side missions. Each completed side mission also rewards a time bonus.
Every character that is at least level 25 receives a special temporary power the first time they successfully complete this mission.
Mission Acceptance
Expect some resistance from Longbow. They've been monitoring the activities of villains in the Rogue Isles for quite some time.
Mission Objective(s)
You take a tug and smuggle directly into Independence Port. Rob the bank and cause some destruction!
- Steal money from vault
- Defeat Hero to escape

The Family doesn't make as many deals on the beach in Independence Port since you started working in Paragon.
Temporary Power
Upon successful completion of this mission for the first time, a villain over level 25 will earn the Movement Increase temporary power.
Auto: +Movement Speed
Your Running, Flight and Jumping speeds are increased slightly. This effect lasts for 3 days of gameplay.
Debriefing
Excellent work, Character! You have spread mayhem in Independence Port!
Debriefing (failure)
Not the best showing Character, I guess Paragon City is a little too much for you.
Removed missions
Rob the Chum Bucket
Mission Briefing
The Chum Bucket. Everybody knows it. It's Mako's own personal casino. It'd take someone with real guts to knock over that place. Someone like you.
Mission Acceptance
Get to it!
Mission Objective(s)
- Defeat all security
- Crack the safe
Clue: The cash
Mako's casino, the Chum Bucket, runs a very liquid business. You managed to get away with as much cash as you can carry.
Debriefing
You didn't leave anyone alive, did you? That's good, for both of us.
Rob the 22nd National
Briefing
I've got a secret for you: I know where Kirk Cage does his banking. He keeps some Consortium guards on staff over at the 22nd National, and most people around here thinks they're guarding something big. You want it? Go and take it.
Watch out for those Consortium guards. They can be tough to deal with.
Mission Objective(s)
- Get the loot
- Defeat security to escape
Clue: Loot
Kirk Cage definitely banks here. You've managed to walk away with an armload of cash and a ton of Cage Consortium stock certificates.
Debriefing
Nice moves. As long as Kirk Cage never finds out who took his money, we're golden.
