Overview

The Center, Paolo Tirelli, is the mysterious leader of the Council. Little is known about him, but he is mentioned in early missions for heroes. Viridian's Story Arc, Conference of Evil, pits you against him and a team of Council Archvillains.

History

All that is known at present is that he "Showed up and ruined Requiem's fun when he took control of the Council."
