Question on Level Range

I am level 34; and as soon as I levelled to 34 she appeared in my active contacts (I can call her) and hands out missions. The first mission being "Take Down Some Arachnos in the RWZ". All this witho0ut being a Vanguard member. Odd? Taosin 09:29, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

On completing that mission (which was tricky, me being lvl 34 and all), she hands out the same mission again. Taosin 09:37, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
