Charlie Newland is an NPC in Monster Island. He is not a contact, but an Easter Egg NPC created as a tribute to the Tom Hanks character Chuck Noland in the 2000 film Cast Away. His coordinates are (-3415, -13, -9974) , which is in far NW corner of the zone.

When clicked, Charlie will respond with, "Have you seen Spaulding?"
