Template:ISalvageRaw/doc

This is a documentation subpage for Template:ISalvageRaw (see that page for the template itself).
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template generates an invention salvage item, with a picture of the salvage and its name, which is a link to that salvage's page. It does not support other types of salvage, including base salvage.

Usage

{{ISalvageRaw|salvage name|icon size}}

where:

salvage name

This is the name of the salvage, as spelled out in the game. Sorry, there are no abbreviations.

icon size

This is the size of the icon, in pixels. If omitted, it defaults to 30 pixels, the same size as used in {{ISalvage}}.

Design Notes

This template is a stripped-down version of the {{ISalvage}} template. While it is possible to modify that template to do what this template does if the quantity is omitted, that runs the risk of making that template too big, causing some pages to fail to render.
