Dr. Zeon
Dr. Zeon is a S.P.I.D.E.R. Archvillain, a faction presumably the Gold Brickers alternate dimension's Arachnos. He himself is that dimension's counterpart to Dr. Aeon.
Villains may fight him:
- on the Defeat King Midas & Recover the D-Rifter mission alongside King Midas during the Dr. Aeon Strike Force (Levels 35-54) as an Archvillain and an enemy.

Description
Dr. Zeon appears to be an evil(?) alternate dimensional version of Dr. Aeon who is responsible for the Phase Transmogrification System that powers Zeon City in this ripple version of Cap Au Diable.
Dr. Zeon's goatee has a sinister aura and his power suit is just as deadly as the version you're more familiar with.
Notes
In one of Zeon's quips against the player, he states "You idiots fight like you leveled up in a virtual reality simulation while somebody else did the work!". This is 4th wall break reference to the practice of utilizing Architect Entertainment for Fire Farming.
