Overview

Protean is an archvillain that is not currently in the game. He is a shape shifter and it appears that he was recently killed by Manticore in Top Cow's City of Heroes #9.

Protean killed the original Manticore as well as his wife. He has also killed Dauntless and nearly killed Back Alley Brawler.
