Location

This badge is found within the Bring citizens to Vahzilok surgeons mission assigned by Dmitri Krylov. You only need to enter and exit the mission to get this badge. There is no minimum amount of time inside the mission required for this.

It can also be obtained by entering the Battle for Television mission assigned by Television or the Locate and recover potential Seer mission assigned by Fortunata Hamilton.
