Overview
Tub Ci is the leader of the Tsoo. His full name is Tub Ci Tang.
For Villains, he appears in two of the missions from Viridian (Levels 45-50):
- Firstly as an Ally in "Help Tub Ci escape the law", and
- Finally, as an enemy (Archvillain) in "Secure the conference"
Description
The leader of the Tsoo, Tub Ci developed the magic tattoos the Tsoo use to channel their power.
