Description

You are a well-known threat in the chaotic district of Warburg, having spent well over five hours fighting Longbow.

How to Get

Spend five consecutive hours in the Warburg PvP zone. Note that the timer is reset if you enter any missions (including missions in Warburg itself) or leave the zone. After spending five or more hours in Warburg, you must log out and log back in (again, without leaving the zone) in order to receive the badge.

Notes

Although the badge description mentions fighting Longbow, the only enemies in Warburg are Rogue Arachnos.
