Overview
A Character Planner is a third-party program which helps to plan a character's powers, slots, and enhancements. It knows what is and isn't possible, and can display total effects such as Defence and Damage Resistance. There have been a number of character planners over the years, but the most commonly used today is Mids Reborn.
