How to Get

To obtain this temporary power, accept one of the following missions from Vernon von Grun:

• Help Vernon von Grun implement his mad plan to destroy Paragon City
• Place Vernon's growth bombs in Eden
• Get Vernon's schemes back on track
• Help Vernon undo the terrors he has wrought, after talking to Arbiter Daos
