Curtail Speed

Curtail Speed is a Slow Movement enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range.

There are five enhancements in this set:

• Curtail Speed: Accuracy/Slow,
• Curtail Speed: Damage/Slow,
• Curtail Speed: Accuracy/Endurance,
• Curtail Speed: Range/Slow, and
• Curtail Speed: Endurance/Recharge/Slow.

Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the symbol and are limited to one per build.

The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:

• Two enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 1.1%.
• Three enhancements improves the Slow of all your powers by 2%.
• Four enhancements increases Smashing and Lethal Defense by 1.25%.
• Four enhancements increases Melee Defense by 0.625%.
• Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 2.5%.
