Description
Immobilizes your target in an icy trap. Deals some damage over time and slightly Slows the target's attack and movement speed even if they break free from the Immobilization.
How to Get
Purchase from any PvP vendor for 10,000 influence each or completing the destroy/recover technology from PvP contacts mission rewards the Nullifier power.

Notes
- Nullifier is a copy of the Crey CBX-9 Pistol/Stolen Immobilizer Ray accolade power.
- Using a normal accolade will put the non-PvP version of it on cooldown (and vice-versa)
- These can be deleted when you no longer want them.
- Normal accolade & alignment powers are now disabled in the Arena and in PvP zones.
