David Hopp can be found in these three arcs and must be talked to by the mission owner:

• Heather Townshend Arc : Second mission "Part Two: No Escape" Hostage Group
• Praetor Duncan: Fourth Mission "Finale: The Only Way It Could End" Hostage Group
• Dream Doctor: "Part Six: The Life of David Hazen" Body on floor, unconscious if rescued the previous two times, dead if not rescued.
